AaLeiyah DeSimas
AaLeiyah DeSimas is a Learning & Development professional specializing in leadership development, workforce capability building, and AI enablement at scale. She brings deep expertise in designing and delivering enterprise learning solutions that align business objectives with inclusive, high-performing cultures.
Her work includes leading the end-to-end design and implementation of global learning programs spanning executive development, management capability, professional skills, and AI literacy. AaLeiyah has successfully influenced across business units to drive adoption of learning initiatives, exercising sound judgment to deliver innovative, measurable solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Key initiatives include launching and managing a Global Learning Series that connected employees worldwide through interactive, leader-led sessions, and developing a badged AI learning pathway to improve AI fluency across a global workforce.
Earlier in her career, AaLeiyah served as the first Equity and Inclusion Coordinator at Valley Montessori School, where she led curriculum audits, staff development, and institutional assessments through the National Association of Independent Schools. She is known for partnering closely with functional leaders and SMEs to deliver relevant, actionable learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and hybrid environments.
